Thank you for your interest in applying for a Tarrant Residential property. Here is how the process works:

Each prospective tenant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate application (including each spouse if married.) Co-signers and guarantors must also submit a complete application.

In order to process an application, each prospective tenant must:

1.) Sign and Date the Information About Brokerage Services Form

2.) Sign and Date the Application Process & Leasing Qualifications

3.) Complete the Consumer Credit & Background Report Release Form

4.) Complete the Texas Association of Realtors Rental Application & Authorization to Release Information Form

5.) Submit a Cashier’s Check or Money Order, made payable to Tarrant Assurance Residential, for the non-refundable fee of $35.00 per each applicant over 18 years of age and/or any co-signer.

6.) Submit a copy of the front and back of each applicant’s driver’s license or ID card.

In order to hold the property exclusively for you after your application is approved, you must complete and deliver to Tarrant Assurance Residential the necessary forms and fees and:

1.) Execute the Agreement for Application Deposit & Hold on Property (to be completed by your agent or our office agents outlining the property address, lease terms, move-in date, lease amount, etc. This form outlines the major terms of the lease to be signed upon acceptance and before move-in.

2.) Provide an Application Deposit in the amount of one month’s lease payment in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, or certified check, made payable to Tarrant Assurance Residential.

The property owner has the final right of approval of all applications.
